Team Registration:
To participate in the tournament, each team must register by paying a nominal fee of NRs. 1,050. The registration fee covers various expenses associated with team administration, tournament logistics, and facility usage. It is crucial to pay the registration fee in full at the time of registration confirmation. Failure to do so will render the team ineligible to participate.
Team Requirements:
- Teams must consist of a total of seven members, including one goalkeeper and a captain.
- Players can be from any faculty, section, or year of study within Nepal Mega College.
Terms & Conditions
Team Registration:
- Team registration fee: NRs. 1,050.
- The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration confirmation.
- The registration fee covers the costs associated with team administration, tournament expenses, and facility usage.
- Teams are required to consist of five players on the court, including one goalkeeper and a captain.
- Each team will be allowed a maximum of two substitutions during the match.
- It is mandatory for every player to have their own Jersey and appropriate footwear, such as boots or sports shoes.
- Failure to pay the registration fee will result in the team being ineligible to participate in the upcoming tournament.
- Teams are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process, including team name, contact details, and player roster.
Match Rules:
- Referee’s decision will be final and binding on all teams and players.
- Teams are expected to adhere to fair play and good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
- Players are prohibited from switching teams during the games. Any player found doing so will be directly disqualified.
Tournament Logistics:
- Teams are requested to arrive at the designated venue on time as provided in the schedule.
- Failure to reach the venue at the specified time may result in disqualification by the organizing committee.
- The organizing committee will provide a first aid kit for minor injuries. However, it will not be responsible for serious injuries sustained during the tournament.
Red Card Fine:
- Red card fine: NRs. 100.
- Any player who receives a red card during a match will be subject to the fine.
- The fine must be paid before the next match or 2 days from the date of the red card.
- Failure to pay the red card fine may result in additional penalties, such as a suspension from further matches or future tournament.
- The red card fine helps promote fair play and discourages players from engaging in unsporting behavior.
